A 40 minute Vinyasa flow sequence and 15 minute meditative call down filled with spoken word, music and personal reflection. Can be combined into to yoga practices per week.
A Hatha yoga and meditation focused private session.
A 30-minute guided meditation session best suited for those who enjoy the “less is more approach” to inner peace.
A folded blanket, pillow or cushion maybe necessary for comfort.
A single private yoga session combining 60-minute yoga asana practice and 15-minute guided meditation.
