A 40 minute Vinyasa flow sequence and 15 minute meditative call down filled with spoken word, music and personal reflection. Can be combined into to oga practices per week.
A Hatha yoga and meditation focused private session.
30-Minute Meditation session best suited for those who enjoy the “less is more approach” to inner peace.
Each Session begins and ends in silence and may include a pranayama (breathing) meditation, soft music and mantra, while seated or laying down.
A folded blanket, pillow or cushion maybe necessary for comfort.
An individual private yoga session combining 40-minute yoga practice with 15-minute guided meditation.
A foundational yoga class that will teach the essential and basic exercises for a beginner. Each class will build upon the next to increase strength and stamina, gain flexibility and focus, decrease stress and tension, health aide weight loss and maintain posture and alignment.
Set of (8) private yoga sessions. Online via ZOOM.
Suitable for new clients, beginners and experience practitioners. Those with a practice of there years or more.
